Who it's for

Booking software for meeting rooms and training rooms

Superspace lets companies and trainers see when your meeting or training room is free, book it by the hour and pay in naira as they book, with a projector or refreshments added at checkout. Reception books walk-ins on the same calendar, and every room's usage shows up in your reports.

Rooms hired by the hour, in a business centre, a hotel, a hub or an office with spare space, earn when they are full. Most of them sit empty because nobody outside the building can see when they are free.

Where the hours get lost

  • Rooms nobody outside can find. If availability lives in reception's diary, the only bookings you get are from people who call.
  • Company invoices chased for weeks. A room booked by email and paid by invoice turns into a receivables problem.
  • Walk-ins that clash with online bookings. Reception gives a room to someone at the desk that was booked online an hour ago.
  • No idea which rooms earn. Without per-room numbers you cannot tell the busy room from the one that should be repurposed.

How Superspace runs meeting rooms and training rooms

Rooms people can book from outside

Each room has its photos, capacity, amenities and rate on your Showcase, with live availability, on your own domain on Growth and above. See Set up a custom domain.

Reception on the same calendar

Walk-ins booked at reception through Point of Sale check the same calendar as online bookings, so a room cannot go twice. See What is Superspace POS?.

Paid at booking, not invoiced

Teams pay in naira as they book, or by a payment link or dedicated transfer account for bookings you take yourself. See How customers pay.

Opening hours and capacity

Set each room's operating hours and the most people it holds; bookings outside them are not offered. See Set operating hours.

Staff access by role

On Growth and above, a receptionist can take bookings and payments as a cashier without opening your reports. See Team roles and permissions.

Usage per room

Revenue and utilisation by room, busy and quiet hours, and the companies that come back. See Booking and revenue reports.

Common questions

How do I rent out a meeting room by the hour?

List the room with photos, capacity and an hourly rate on a booking page that shows live availability and takes payment at booking. Share the link with companies and trainers, and book walk-ins at reception on the same calendar.

Can reception book walk-ins without a laptop full of apps?

Yes. Point of Sale books a room for someone at the desk and takes payment there, on the same calendar as online bookings. On Growth and above, the receptionist can have a cashier login.

Is this a desk booking tool for my own staff?

No. Superspace is for rooms you hire out to paying customers by the hour. It takes payment and keeps customer records, which internal desk booking tools do not.

Can I see which rooms are used the most?

Yes. Reports show revenue and utilisation by room, busy and quiet hours and returning customers, built from your real bookings.
