What is a Showcase?
Your Showcase is your booking page: your spaces, photos, rates, live availability, testimonials and contact details on one link, where customers book and pay.
Can I use my own domain for my booking page?
Every plan gets a Superspace link. On Growth and above you can use a direct Superspace subdomain or connect your own domain.
Where do I share my booking link?
Anywhere customers find you: your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, Google listing, website and flyers. Every route ends at the same page to book.
What do customers see before they pay?
The space, its rules and arrival details, the cancellation policy, and a booking summary with the total, which updates as they change the time and extras.
Can customers cancel or reschedule?
Customers can cancel from the link in their booking email, under the policy they saw before booking. To move a booking, you send a reschedule request and they accept or decline it from the same email.
