Is Superspace free to start?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly fee and needs no card. Sign up, verify your identity, and publish up to 10 spaces. You only pay the payment provider's fee on each booking. Add a card only if you move to Growth or Ultimate.
Does Superspace take a percentage of my bookings?
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and keep what your spaces earn. The payment provider charges its own processing fee.
Are there payment processing fees?
Yes. Paystack, the payment provider, charges its standard processing fee on each payment. Superspace itself takes no percentage of your bookings.
Which plan do I need?
Start on Free: up to 10 spaces, run by you. Move to Growth (₦15,000 a month) when you need up to 25 spaces, to invite up to 3 teammates, weekend and peak rates, your own Superspace subdomain or Showcase analytics. Ultimate (₦25,000 a month) gives you unlimited spaces and a team of up to 10 people, including you.
Will I be charged without warning?
No. The Free plan never charges you. You're only charged after you choose Growth or Ultimate and confirm it, and paid plans renew each month until you switch back to Free.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. If you move down to a plan with fewer spaces or seats, Superspace shows you exactly what will be affected before anything changes.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay in naira when they book. Earnings become available once a booking is completed, and you withdraw them to your verified bank account. The minimum withdrawal is ₦50,000.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Superspace handles payments and payouts, so it confirms who you are first: your NIN as an individual, or your CAC number as a business. Verification unlocks publishing spaces, accepting payments and payouts.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Any time. No long contract and no exit fee. Your bookings and customer records are yours to export whenever you want.
