Booking and revenue reports
The Bookings tab of Reports & Analytics shows how your spaces are performing and how money comes in.
Headline figures
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue | Revenue in the selected period, with growth compared to the previous period. |
| Total Bookings | The number of bookings in the period. |
| Avg Booking Value | The average value of a booking in the period. |
Revenue Overview
A chart of your revenue over the period. If nothing was collected, it reads No revenue in this period. Once a booking is paid for, your income charts here.
Payment Methods
How the money in this period was paid — for example card or bank transfer — with the amount collected and each method's share.
Top Performing Spaces
A table of your spaces with their Total Bookings, Hours Booked, Revenue and Trend. Use Hours Booked to see how much each space is used. Spaces appear once a booking on them has been paid for.
