Understand Reports and Analytics
Reports & Analytics gives you a deeper view of your business than the dashboard: revenue over time, how customers pay, your top-performing spaces and how your Showcase is doing.
Before you begin
- Reports & Analytics is part of the Growth plan and above. On other plans, the sidebar item is hidden and the page shows Analytics is part of the Growth plan.
- Your studio must be verified. Otherwise you'll see Finish verifying your studio to see analytics.
- You need permission to view analytics & reports.
Open Reports & Analytics
Select Reports & Analytics in the Business section of the sidebar. The page has two tabs:
| Tab | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Bookings | Revenue, bookings, average booking value, revenue over time, payment methods and top-performing spaces. See Booking and revenue reports. |
| Showcase | Page views, visitors, bookings from your Showcase, conversion, inquiries, traffic sources and most-viewed spaces. See Showcase analytics. |
