Understand dashboard metrics
Once you're live, the top of your dashboard shows three headline numbers for the period you choose: bookings, revenue and utilisation.
Choose a period
Use the period selector at the top right of the dashboard to switch between Today, This Week, This Month and This Year. The card titles change to match — for example This Week's Bookings — and the subtitle under the greeting describes the period.
The metrics
| Metric | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Bookings | The number of bookings in the selected period. |
| Revenue | The revenue for the selected period, in naira. |
| Utilisation | Booked hours as a percentage of the hours your published spaces are open (from their operating hours) in the period, with a comparison to the previous period. It never shows more than 100%. |
The utilisation card shows whether it's up or down compared with the previous period. When there's no earlier period to compare against — for example, in your first days — it reads No prior period to compare.
