Understand your dashboard
Your dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. What it shows depends on where you are in setup: new studios see a setup tracker, and live studios see their business at a glance.
Before you go live: the setup tracker
Until your first space is live, the dashboard greets you with Welcome and your first name, and shows a four-step tracker with your progress:

Below the tracker, A peek at your dashboard shows greyed-out versions of your metrics and today's schedule. These unlock the moment your space goes live.
When your space is ready but not yet published, a Get your space ready checklist suggests next steps: setting up your calendar, adding space rules and check-in instructions, and customising your Showcase website.
After you go live
Once a space is live, the greeting changes to good morning, afternoon or evening, and the dashboard shows:
- Metrics for bookings, revenue and utilisation, with a period selector (Today, This Week, This Month, This Year). See Understand dashboard metrics.
- Your booking page — whether your booking page is live, with a View booking page link.
- Today's calendar — the day's bookings across your spaces. See View upcoming bookings on your dashboard.
- Needs attention and Quick Actions. See Needs attention and Quick Actions.
- An Add booking button that opens the POS, if you can create bookings.
Banners you might see
| Banner | What it means |

| Your account is being verified | Your identity details are in review. You can set up your space in the meantime. |
| You're verified! | Your identity is approved. Set up your first space, or select Go Live if a space is ready. |
| Your space is live! | You've just gone live. Select Share space to copy your public link. |
| Your free trial has ended | You need a plan to keep taking bookings. See Manage your subscription. |
