Manage your subscription
Your subscription keeps your spaces live and your studio taking bookings. Manage it in Settings → Billing.
Before you begin
- Only people who can manage the subscription — usually the studio owner — can choose, change or cancel a plan.

Open Billing
Open your account menu, select Settings, then Billing. You'll see the available Plans, your subscription status, your Payment method, your Payout account and your Billing History.
Choose a plan
- Under Plans, compare what each plan includes. See Plans and features.
- Select Choose followed by the plan's name.
- Complete payment on the secure payment page you're taken to.
When you return, your subscription status updates. If a payment is still processing, Superspace tells you it couldn't confirm it yet.
Your subscription status

|---|---|
| You're on the … plan · … spaces · … team members · Next billing … | You have an active paid plan. |
| Your free trial hasn't started yet. | Verify your identity to begin your free trial. You won't be charged until it ends. |
| Your free trial has ended. | Choose a plan to start taking bookings again. |
| Your subscription is … Renew to keep your space live. | Your paid subscription has lapsed. Select Renew. |
| You don't have an active subscription yet. | Choose a plan to get started. |
While you're on your free trial, a trial banner shows how many days are left instead.
Renew
If your subscription has lapsed, select Renew. You'll see Subscription renewed when it's done.
Cancel
- Select Cancel subscription.
- In Cancel Subscription, confirm with Yes, Cancel.
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. While a cancellation is scheduled, plan changes are unavailable.
