Update your profile
Your Profile holds your personal account details. Open it from your account menu at the top of the page.
Personal details
- Open your account menu and select Profile.
- Update your First name, Last name and Personal phone number. First and last name are required.
- Select Save personal details. You'll see Profile saved.
Profile photo
Select Change photo and choose a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP image of 5 MB or smaller. Select Remove to remove your photo.
Studio details
If you can manage settings, the Studio details section lets you update your Studio name, Studio contact email, Studio phone number, Studio location and Studio bio. These appear across your workspace and public studio presence.
Change your password
- Under Account password, select Change password.
- Enter your Current password, your New password, and Confirm new password.
- Confirm the change. You'll see Password changed.
Your new password must meet the password requirements (at least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number and a symbol). Changing it signs out every active session, so you'll sign in again with your new password.
