Sign in and reset your password
You sign in to Superspace with your studio's workspace subdomain, your email address and your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by email.
Sign in
- Go to the Superspace sign-in page. You'll see Welcome back.
- Enter your Workspace subdomain — the studio name used in your web address. For example, if your address is
yourstudio.superspaceapp.com, enteryourstudio. Use only letters, numbers and hyphens. - Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Sign in.
Reset a forgotten password
- On the sign-in page, follow the link to reset your password.
- On Reset your password, enter the email address you use for Superspace.
- Select Send reset link.
- Open the email and follow the secure reset link to choose a new password.
Change your password while signed in
You can change your password from your Profile under Account password. Changing it signs you out of every active session, so you'll need to sign in again. See Update your profile.
