This guide walks you through everything you need to do to go from a new account to your first booking. Each step links to a detailed article if you want more information.
Before you begin
- An email address you can access — Superspace sends a 6-digit code to verify it.
- Your National Identification Number (NIN) and a phone number you can receive a code on, for identity verification.
- If you are verifying as a business: your registered business name and CAC registration number.
- Photos of your space (JPG or PNG, up to 10MB each).

Step 1: Create your account
Go to the Superspace sign-up page and enter your first and last name, your Studio Name, your email address and a password. Your studio name also sets your Superspace web address, and the form tells you if that address is available. Agree to the terms and select Create Account.

Step 2: Verify your email
Superspace emails a 6-digit code to your studio's billing email address. Enter it on the Check your inbox screen and select Confirm & Continue. Then select Get started to continue.
Step 3: Tell us about your business
On the welcome screen, choose what kind of space you run and whether you are registered as an Individual or a Business, then select Continue. This takes you to your dashboard. Read more: Set up your business.
Step 4: Verify your identity
Your dashboard shows a four-step setup tracker. Next to Verify your identity, select Verify. On the Verify your account to Go Live screen, enter your legal name, date of birth, phone number (verified with a code), NIN and residential address. Businesses also add their business name and CAC registration number. Select Submit for verification.
Verification is what unlocks your free trial, publishing spaces and receiving payouts. Read more: Verify your identity (KYC) and Understanding your free trial.
Step 5: Create your first space
On the setup tracker, next to Set up your space, select Start to open the space setup guide. (Later, you can also use New Space on the My Spaces page.) It takes you through three milestones — Describe your space, Show it off and Go live — covering the name and type, activities and description, photos, location, operating hours, amenities, add-ons, booking rules, cancellation policy and pricing.
