Add a payout account
Your payout account is the bank account where your earnings are sent when you withdraw. You add it once, and it's protected from changes afterwards.
Before you begin
- Your identity verification (KYC) must be approved. See Verify your identity (KYC).
- Only an authorised studio admin who can manage billing can configure payouts.
- The bank account must be in the name you verified: your own name for individual accounts, or your registered business name (as on your CAC record) for business accounts.
Add your payout account
- Go to Settings → Billing and find the Payout account card. (You can also select Set up on the Earnings page, or Payout account not yet added on your dashboard.)
- Select Add payout.
- Choose your Bank and enter your 10-digit Account Number (NUBAN). Superspace checks the account with your bank and shows the account holder's name.
- Review the account on Confirm payout account. Superspace compares the account holder with your Verified KYC identity and shows whether it matches.
- Select Save payout account.
You'll see a confirmation with the bank name and the last four digits of the account.
If the name doesn't match
Payouts can only go to an account held in your verified name (or your business name, for business accounts). If the account holder doesn't match, Superspace shows a mismatch warning and you won't be able to use that account. Use an account in the matching name.
After you've added it
- The Payout account card shows Active once it's ready, or Needs review if support needs to review your payout destination.
- Your payout destination is protected. To change it later, contact support. See Change your payout account.
- A Withdraw button appears on the Earnings page. See Withdraw your earnings.
