Withdraw your earnings
When you have an available balance, you can withdraw it to your payout account from the Earnings page.
Before you begin
- You need a payout account. See Add a payout account.
- You need permission to manage billing.
Make a withdrawal
- Go to Earnings.
- On the Available balance card, select Withdraw.
- In Withdraw funds, check your Available balance and the Payout account the money will go to.
- Enter the Amount (₦).
- Select Withdraw.
You'll see Withdrawal initiated with the amount.
After you withdraw
- The amount leaves your available balance straight away and is counted in Processing under your ledger balance.
- The money is then sent to your payout account.
- It appears in Recent transactions as a Payout. Filter by type to see only payouts.
- Completed withdrawals are counted in Paid out for the period.
- If the bank transfer fails, you'll get a Payout Failed notification and the amount goes back to your available balance.
- You can't change your payout account while a withdrawal is in progress.
