Space rules and arrival instructions
Space rules set expectations before a booking, and arrival instructions help guests find you and get inside. Both are part of the Booking rules step, and Space Rules & Arrival when you edit a space.

Choose standard rules
Under Standard space rules, search and select as many rules as apply. The list includes:
- No smoking · No pets allowed · No outside food or drinks · No loud music after 10 PM
- Keep the space clean · No open flames or candles · Remove shoes before entering
- No children under 12 without supervision · Maximum occupancy must be respected
- All equipment must be returned after use · No illegal substances · Respect quiet hours
Add your own rules
Use Add more rules for anything else, for example “Please no shoes on the carpet”. Put each rule on its own line.
Write arrival instructions
In Arrival instructions, explain how guests get inside. Include landmarks, gate codes or unit numbers to help guests find you.
Where guests see them
Space rules appear on your space's details on your Showcase and in the booking summary before a guest pays. Rules and arrival instructions also appear on the POS when you create a booking for a customer, so you can go over them together.
