What customers see on your Showcase
Knowing what your customers see helps you set up your spaces and answer their questions. Here's the journey from landing on your Showcase to a confirmed booking.
Browsing your Showcase
- At the top: your cover images, logo, name, location and bio.
- Spaces: a card for each listed space with its photos, type, Up to … guests, whether it's open now, the price per hour, and a Book button. Selecting a card shows the space's details, including Space rules, Available extras and Cancellation policy.
- Further down, depending on your settings: Gallery, Links, What our clients say, Testimonials, Find me on (your social profiles), Operating hours and Have a question before booking?
Booking a space
When a customer selects Book, a booking window guides them through three steps:
- Pick a slot — choose a Date, a Start time and a Duration. Only available times are shown.
- Your details — choose the Activity they're booking for, the number of Guests, and enter their Full name, Phone, Email and an optional Note to host. Under Enhance your session, they can add extras.
- Review & pay — check the Booking summary and total, the space rules and cancellation policy, then select Pay to complete checkout securely on Paystack.
After paying
- For Instant Book spaces, the customer sees You're booked! with a booking reference, and gets a confirmation email.
- For booking-request spaces, they see Request sent: payment is received, you have until a set time to accept, they'll get an email either way, and a full refund if you decline.

If your Showcase isn't available
If your studio can't be shown — for example, while you're still completing setup or verification — visitors see This studio isn't available right now.
