Set up your Showcase

The Showcase Editor is where you customise your public page. Changes you make appear in a live preview, and go public when you select Publish changes.

Before you begin

  • You need permission to manage studio settings.
  • Publish at least one space so your Showcase has something to book. See Create your first space.

Open the Showcase Editor

Select Showcase Editor in the Showcase section of the sidebar. The editor has a settings panel on the left and a live preview on the right. Use Desktop and Mobile to switch the preview, View live to open your public page, and Hide panel to see the preview full width.

Step 1: Check Showcase readiness

The Showcase Editor: settings on the left, live preview on the right. Select the image to enlarge it.

At the top of the panel, Showcase readiness lists your spaces with their status:

  • All spaces are showcase-ready — every listed space is represented accurately in the guest preview.
  • Some spaces need attention — only listed spaces appear in the preview and on your public page. Select Publish next to a Draft space to list it.
  • No spaces created yet — create your first space to make the Showcase bookable. Select Create a space.

Use Manage all spaces to go to My Spaces.

Step 2: Identity

Upload your logo, set your Showcase name, choose your Showcase address, and add your Location, Bio, Contact email and Contact phone. See Showcase identity and contact details.

Step 3: Appearance and images

Choose your Brand color and Theme (Light or Dark), add Cover images for the sliding banner and add photos to your Gallery. See Customise your Showcase's appearance.

Step 4: Content

Add your Social media profiles, Links and Testimonials. See Add links, social profiles and testimonials.

Step 5: Messages, cancellation note and hours

Decide whether visitors can message you (Message Studio), write the Cancellation policy note shown at payment, and set the Operating hours shown on your page. See Messaging, cancellation note and hours on your Showcase.

Step 6: Preview and publish

  1. Check the preview in Desktop and Mobile.
  2. Select Publish changes. You'll see Showcase saved.

See Preview and publish Showcase changes.

Copy your Showcase address and share it with customers. See Share your Showcase link.
