Understanding your free trial

Every new studio gets a free trial with full access to Superspace. The trial is unlocked by verifying your identity, and you choose a plan before it ends to keep your spaces live.

How the trial starts

Your free trial starts automatically once your identity verification is approved — you don't need to add a card to start it. Until you've verified, gated areas of Superspace show Verify to start your free trial with a Start verification button.

The free trial lasts 14 days. The app shows how many days you have left, for example on the trial banner and the paywall.

What's included

The trial gives you full access, including bookings and your calendar, online payments, your Showcase page, team members, analytics and point of sale.

See how long you have left

  • The badge at the top of the dashboard shows Free trial and the number of days left.
  • Your dashboard shows a Trial active card with the days left, and Trial ends soon as the end date approaches. Select View plans to see your options.
  • A Your free trial ends soon banner appears near the end of the trial, with a prompt to choose a plan.
  • Settings → Billing shows your trial status alongside the available plans.

When the trial ends

If you haven't chosen a plan, you'll see Your free trial has ended and most of Superspace is paused until you subscribe. Owners can select Subscribe to go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan. Team members see This studio's plan has ended and are asked to contact the studio owner.

To choose a plan, see Manage your subscription. You pay by card when you choose a plan, and Paystack charges that card at each billing cycle.
