Check your verification status
Your identity verification status decides what you can do in Superspace. Here's what each status means and what to do next.
Statuses
| Status | What you see | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Not submitted | Verify to start your free trial and Verify your identity on the setup tracker. | Select Start verification or Verify. See Verify your identity (KYC). |
| In review | Your account is being verified, We're verifying your studio, or Your KYC is under review. | Nothing — we'll email you once you're approved. You can set up your space meanwhile. Select View verification to see your submission. |
| Verified | You're verified! and Your identity has been verified. | Go live, add a payout account and invite your team. |
| Not verified | We couldn't verify your studio, with the reason if one was given. | Select Re-submit details and correct your information, or contact support. |
What verification unlocks
