Booking software for event centres and halls
Superspace lets event planners and families see when your hall is free, send a booking request for the hours they need and pay in naira once you accept. Capacity, minimum hours, house rules and your cancellation policy are applied to every booking, on one calendar for every hall.
An event centre books fewer, larger events than a studio, and every one matters. A wrong date, a hall booked over capacity or a refund argument after a cancellation can cost a month's margin. For where that margin goes, see where spaces lose money.
Where the hours get lost
- Dates held on a promise. Planners ask you to hold a Saturday while they decide. Without payment, the date is neither sold nor free.
- Guest numbers that change the event. A hall that seats 200 gets booked for 350, and you find out on the day.
- Cancellation arguments. When the policy was a line in a chat months ago, every cancellation becomes a negotiation about the refund.
- Rules nobody read. Closing time, decor, generators and cleaning: if they are not agreed before the event, they are argued about during it.
How Superspace runs event centres and halls
Review every request
Set a hall to booking requests and accept or decline each one before it confirms, with a response countdown so planners are not left waiting. See Accept or decline a booking request.
Capacity and minimum hours
Set the most guests a booking can include and the shortest and longest hire. Planners see the limit before they book. See Set booking rules and guest capacity.
A policy shown before they pay
Your cancellation policy is shown at booking and refunds follow it, so the conversation happens once. See Set your cancellation policy.
House rules and arrival instructions
Closing time, decor rules and access details are on the booking and reach the planner before the day. See Space rules and arrival instructions.
Large transfers that match themselves
For events agreed in person, generate a dedicated account number for the booking. When the transfer lands, it is matched to that booking. See Take payment by bank transfer.
Chairs, sound and generators as extras
Price extra chairs, a PA system or generator hours as add-ons, with how many you have per booking. See Add-ons and equipment packages.

In Nigeria
Halls in Nigeria are often quoted per day with a part deposit. Superspace prices by the hour and takes the full amount when the booking is paid: set a minimum hire such as 6 hours and an hourly rate that adds up to your day rate. A refundable caution deposit can be set on equipment you rent out.
Which plan fits
Growth, ₦15,000 a month. Venues with a weekend rate or staff who take bookings. Ultimate adds more team roles and full insights for busy multi-hall centres. No plan takes a commission on bookings. See pricing.
Common questions
What is the best booking software for an event centre in Nigeria?
Look for booking requests you can review before accepting, guest capacity limits, a cancellation policy shown at booking, payment in naira and bank transfers that match themselves to a booking. Superspace does all of these for a flat monthly fee.
Can I approve each event before it is confirmed?
Yes. With booking requests, nothing confirms until you accept it. Each request shows how long you have left to respond.
Can I take a part deposit for an event?
Not at the moment. Superspace takes the full booking amount when the booking is paid, and refunds follow your cancellation policy. A staged refund policy, such as full refund up to 30 days before, covers much of what a deposit does.
Can I charge a day rate for the hall?
Superspace prices by the hour. Set a minimum hire, such as 6 hours, and an hourly rate that adds up to your day rate. On Growth and above, a weekend rule can set a different rate and minimum for Saturdays.
