Take payment by bank transfer

Generate the account

1. On the Payment Method step, choose Virtual Account (receive payment via dedicated bank transfer).
2. Select Generate Virtual Account. You'll see Account generated, and the Verify Payment window opens.
3. Give the customer the account details shown under Pay into Account, and the Amount Due.

Confirm the payment

1. Keep the Verify Payment window open while the customer makes the transfer.
2. Wait for Matching transfer found. The screen updates automatically when payment reaches the account; until then it shows Waiting for transfer.
3. Select Confirm Payment. You'll see Payment verified and booking confirmed!

The confirmation shows Payment received — Paid via bank transfer with the booking reference.
