Booking software for podcast studios
Superspace lets podcast hosts and brands see when your studio is free, book the hours they need and pay in naira as they book, with cameras, a producer or editing added at checkout. Recurring shows book themselves, reminders go out automatically, and every session sits on one calendar.
Podcast studios live on regulars: a show that records every week, a brand that comes back each month. The work is keeping those regulars easy to serve while new hosts find you and book without a conversation.
Where the hours get lost
- Guests who forget the session. A host books three weeks out, a guest forgets, and the slot goes empty. Reminders sent by hand get missed on busy days.
- Packages nobody can see. Audio only, two cameras, three cameras with a producer: if the packages live in a PDF, every enquiry needs a call to explain them.
- Regulars you cannot see clearly. You know which shows come back, but not what each has spent or when they last booked, so you cannot reward or chase them.
- Reschedules by phone. Every moved session is a call or a chat, and one missed message means two shows turn up at once.
How Superspace runs podcast studios
Packages as add-ons
List video packages, a producer or editing as priced add-ons. Hosts pick them while booking and the total updates. See Add-ons and equipment packages.
Reminders sent for you
Hosts get a confirmation when they book and a reminder before the session, and a review request after it. See Automatic reminders and review requests.
Reschedules and cancellations by email
Links in the booking emails let a host cancel or answer a reschedule request without an account or a phone call. See When guests cancel or respond to a reschedule.
A profile for every show
Each customer's bookings, spend and notes build into one profile you can export. See View a customer's profile.
Arrival details before they arrive
Directions, parking, access and studio rules reach the host before the session, not at the gate. See Space rules and arrival instructions.
Book a regular from the chat
Talking to a returning host in your inbox? Send an invitation to book a specific studio in one step. See Send a booking invitation.

Common questions
How do I take bookings for a podcast studio?
Give hosts a booking page with live availability, your packages as add-ons and payment at checkout. Share the link wherever enquiries come in, and send reminders automatically so sessions are not missed.
Can hosts choose video or audio-only packages?
Yes. Each package is an add-on with its own price. The host chooses it while booking and pays for the room hours and the package together.
Are reminders sent automatically?
Yes. Superspace emails a confirmation when the booking is made and a reminder before the session, then asks for a review afterwards. You do not send either by hand.
Can a host reschedule without calling me?
When you propose a new time, the host answers from the link in their email, with no account needed. They can also cancel from their email, and any refund follows your cancellation policy.
