View a customer's profile
A customer's profile brings together what you need to know about them at a glance.
Open a profile
- Go to Customers.
- Find the customer, open their actions menu and select View Profile.
What's in a profile
- Total Spent
- Visits
- Last Visit
- Favorite Service — the service they book most, when it's available.
If you can manage customers, you can email the customer straight from their profile. See Email a customer.
