View a customer's booking history
A customer's booking history shows every booking they've made with your studio.
Open booking history
- Go to Customers.
- Find the customer, open their actions menu and select Booking History.
The Booking History window lists each booking's Booking ID, Service / Item, Date & Time, Status and Amount.
If the history can't load, you'll see a message asking you to try reopening it in a moment.
