Why can't I publish my space?

When a space can't be published, Superspace tells you why — usually with a Cannot publish message that names what's missing. Here are the common causes.

Check these in order

CauseHow to fix it
Your identity verification isn't approved yetPublishing needs approved verification. While it's in review, the setup guide's last button reads Finish and saves the space. Go live from your dashboard once you're approved. See Check your verification status.
No photosAt least 1 photo is required to publish. See Add and manage space photos.
No activitiesSelect at least 1 activity (and no more than 10).
No hourly rateSet an hourly rate. See Set your hourly rate.
Missing name or typeEvery space needs a name and a space type.
Invalid cancellation policyFix the policy — for example, a custom policy needs exactly one window at 0 hours. See Set your cancellation policy.
Missing Local Government AreaChoose the LGA in the space's address.
Photos still uploadingWait for uploads to finish before saving.
Plan limit reachedYour plan's space limit is reached, or the space shows Unpublished — over plan limit. Upgrade or unpublish another space. See Plans and features.
Trial or subscription endedChoose a plan to keep your spaces live. See Manage your subscription.
