Set your hourly rate
Every space is priced by the hour. Its hourly rate is what customers pay for each hour they book, before any add-ons or equipment.

How hourly pricing works
The space part of a booking is the number of hours booked multiplied by the hourly rate. For example, 3 hours at ₦10,000 an hour is ₦30,000. Add-ons and equipment are added on top. See How booking prices are calculated.
Set the rate when creating a space
- On the Pricing step of the space setup guide, enter your Hourly Rate in naira.
- Optionally, add advanced pricing rules for selected days. See Use advanced pricing rules.
- Select Continue.
An hourly rate is required to publish a space. If it's missing, you'll see Please set an hourly rate.
Change the rate of an existing space
- Go to My Spaces, open the actions menu on the space and select Edit Space.
- Under Pricing, change Hourly Rate (₦).
- Select Save Changes & Publish (or Save Changes as Draft).
Where the rate appears
- On your Showcase, on the space and in the booking total.
- In My Spaces, in the Price column.
- At the POS, as the Space Rental line in the booking summary.
