How booking prices are calculated
Superspace calculates each booking's price for you. The total is made up of the space itself plus any extras the customer adds.
What goes into the total
| Line | How it's worked out |
|---|---|
| Space | Hours booked × the hourly rate that applies — the space's default rate, or an advanced pricing rule's rate on that day. |
| Add-ons | The prices of any add-ons the customer chose. |
| Equipment | The price of any equipment attached to the booking. |
| Discount | Any discount applied to the booking, shown with its code if there is one. |
Where to see the breakdown
- Booking details — the Price breakdown card shows each line, for example Space · 3 hrs × ₦10,000/hr.
- Your Showcase — customers see a Booking summary with the total before they pay. The total is calculated live as they change the time and extras.
- POS — the Booking Summary shows Space Rental, Add-ons & Equipment and the Total Price.
