Understand booking statuses
Every booking has a status that tells you where it is in its journey and which actions are available. You'll see it as a coloured label in your bookings list and on the booking's details page.
Booking statuses
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Awaiting payment | The booking has been created but not paid for yet. Unpaid bookings expire on their own. | Nothing until it's paid. For POS bookings, you can check or resend payment. |
| Awaiting approval | A paid booking request waiting for your answer. | Accept or Decline before the response time runs out. |
| Upcoming | Confirmed and scheduled. | Reschedule (when available) or Cancel booking. |
| Active | The session is in progress. | Cancel booking, where allowed. |
| Completed | The session has taken place. | View details only. |
| Rejected | You declined the request. | View details only. |
| Cancelled | The booking was cancelled. | View details, including who cancelled and when. |
| Guest Cancelled | The guest cancelled the booking themselves. | View details and the refund outcome. |
| Expired | The booking lapsed — for example, a request you didn't answer in time, or a booking that was never paid. | View details only. |
