Equipment Analytics shows your inventory status and utilisation at a glance, and lets you download it.
In this article
Open inventory insights
Go to Equipment and select Inventory insights.
What you'll see
- Total Items — all inventory.
- Available — ready to rent.
- Checked out — currently out.
- Maintenance — unavailable.
- Top Category — the category with the most items.
- A live table of every item with its Category, Serial Number, Daily Rate, Condition and Status.
Export a report
Select Export Report to download a CSV of your equipment with its category, serial number, daily rate, condition and status. If there's no inventory yet, you'll see Nothing to export.
