Add equipment
Add each piece of equipment you want to track. You can add photos, a category and a daily rate, plus optional loan terms for when you lend it out.
Before you begin
- You need permission to manage equipment.
- Create the categories you want to use first. See Organise equipment into categories.
Add an item
- Go to Equipment and select Add equipment. (You can also use Log Equipment in your dashboard's Quick Actions.)
- Under Upload Images, add at least one photo of the item. You can add up to 5.
- Enter the Item name, for example “Sony A7III”.
- Choose a Category.
- Enter the Daily rate (₦).
- Optionally, enter the Serial number.
- Optionally, fill in Loan terms: a Caution deposit (₦) — a refundable hold noted at rent time — and a Damage waiver (₦ / day) — optional protection offered at checkout.
- Select Add to Inventory.
You'll see Equipment added, and the item appears in your inventory as Available.
